I am an old guy, like Ron Paul. When we went to school they taught American History. We were taught that our Founding Fathers objected to the absolute power of the English King. They painstakingly put checks and balances into our government.

Once again Obama shows his lack of knowledge of history. The reason why the pre-67 borders led to the 67 war was because they were indefensible. Returning to them would increase the chances of war not lessen them.

Why is an Army private being held in a Marine brig? The harsh treatment of a man who has not yet been convicted of any crime reflects badly on a country that goes around the world fighting for democracy. We don't have it here. What ever happened to the Bill of Rights?

The U.S. will continue to fall behind in science, engineering, technology, and ultimately as a world leader in anything. This is due to decline in public education and a general anti-science culture.
